TOP  No, all of our candy is made from normal every day ingredients like you might find in your own kitchen.  The fact that they don't have any preservatives just means you'll have to eat it up sooner! (aw shucks!) :-)   Is this fudge REALLY made by hand and NOT machinery? TOP Yes, of coarse it is!  We are just starting out and we do not own any big fancy machines. We also decided that it will be the fact that it is homemade and tastes just like Grama's fudge that will keep us in business!
